As a valued business partner, I want you to know that you have our commitment to continue providing you with the products and services you depend on and whilst we closely monitor, assess and respond to this situation. We remain in constant contact with all of our suppliers and we are currently still receiving shipments as expected. Should we suffer any disruption to our supply chain, manpower or logistics we will communicate with you as early as we are able in order to help minimise and manage any disruption.
We have implemented our business continuity plan, which examines all areas of our business operations and have taken actions to ensure the continuity of our service.
First and foremost, our plan ensures the health and safety of our employees and all unnecessary business travel has been cancelled. However, in today’s digital world, we are continuing to work to support our business partners by using remote and virtual technology. Our specialists and support team are working remotely and are available to chat, meet and assist through a variety of digital platforms and technology tools.
We fully appreciate that this rapidly evolving situation is causing a great deal of uncertainty around the world and we are encouraging our employees and business partners to put their health and wellbeing first so that we can continue to operate effectively and play our part in helping prevent the spread of this disease.
