High Speed Compact Modular Mounter
JUKI’s RX-6 is the perfect solution for companies in need of a wide variety of components and large printed circuit boards as well as having to depend on quick product changes while maintaining high quality. The high-speed compact modular mounter is suitable both for small and large volumes. Due to the compact design of the machine featuring a width of only 1.25 metre the RX-6 displays a smart solution in the case of production floor space being an expense factor.
High Productivity
JUKI’s RX-6 specialises in high-speed component placement of up to 52,000 CPH (optimum). Each machine comes with two placement heads, one at the front and one at the back. This increases versatility as well as productivity and ensures the effective placement of components.
High Quality
Equipped with a laser system as well as an optical system the RX-6 operates with 2 centring technologies which ensure an uninterrupted optical detection of components at high speed. The standard RX-6 feature of a placement monitor and other features such as EPV – Embedded Process Verification, CVS – Component Verification System or OPASS – Offset Placement After Solder Screen-printing – recognise possible sources of error, even electrical ones, quickly and reliably.
High Flexibility
JUKI’s RX-6 is the ideal machine for line solutions, processing components from 0402 (01005) up to 50 × 50 mm. The head with three nozzles supports an even larger section: from 0402 (01005) chips with plugs up to lengths of 100 × 100 mm or 50 × 180 mm. The maximum component height that can be processed is 33 mm. Printed circuit boards of sizes up to 905 × 590 mm can be processed as standard.
