Despatch TAF and TFF Walk-in ovens feature horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, aluminized steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. The result is proven reliability in demanding production applications, such as aging, bonding, curing, drying, finish baking and heat treating. Multiple temperature operations are controlled by up to eight programs, with eight ramp and soak segments in each program.

Description

Despatch TFF walk-in/truck-in furnaces are ideal for large batch processing that requires high temperatures. Common applications for these versatile furnaces including: aging, bonding, curing, drying, finish baking, heat treating and stress-relieving. Horizontal, recirculating air flow creates precise, consistent temperature uniformity throughout the furnace.

TFF Class A furnaces are specifically designed to meet NFPA 86 requirements for flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal and include a pressure relief panel, purge timer and exhaust fan. TFF furnaces offer standard temperatures up to 1000°F. These high performance furnaces are fully assembled and factory tested prior to shipment and feature end-of-cycle and high-limit indicators.

The Despatch TAF and TFF Walk-In /Truck-In Furnace features a sturdy, welded, double-wall construction, seven inches of glass fiber insulation, and heavy-duty high temperature door gaskets. A stainless steel interior minimises corrosion problems and provides long life

Advanced control | Standard digital controls regulate temperatures within tight tolerances and provide high limit protection. For more advanced control choose the optional Protocol 3™ microprocessor-based temperature and hi-limit controller with large LCD display and real time clock for auto start capability. Data-logging functionality enables reporting and analyzing and data files can be exported via the controller’s USB port.

Remote operation, programming and data logging | The Despatch Protocol Manager network utility software enables the operation of up to 32 Protocol 3™ and/or Protocol Plus controllers from a single, remote PC using RS485 communication.
