Features
The Mascot Clinch Conveyor features Robotas’ Clinch Technology, which secures leads of inserted components from the underside of the PCB, preventing components from dislodging or moving during wave soldering, further optimizing the THT assembly process.
The Three Stage SMEMA conveyor (Wait, Build, Pass On) smoothly transports boards from previous workstations, board handling equipment, etc. and a flipstop and clamp stops the board in place in front of the operator, ready to work on.
Carousels and Dynamic Pick to Light (DPL) Arrays automatically present components to the operator at each stage of the PCB assembly process, eliminating the time needed to search for components, and reducing the chances of operators picking the wrong component.
