Features

HEPA filter

Donaldson BOFA utilises mini-pleat HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.995% for particles as small as 0.3 microns and 95% for those as small as 0.1 microns. These filters feature a series of webbing between the pleated media, ensuring even spacing for full filter coverage while also reducing the risk of airflow vibration or collapse.

Automatic flow control (AFC) Technology

ACF aids in capturing and filtering potentially hazardous fumes. To ensure contaminants and odours are properly removed, the contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a sufficient period (‘dwell time’). Our filters are engineered to trap pollutants and odours efficiently, minimising the risk of bypass or tunnelling.

Reverse flow air (RFA) technology

The RFA technology feature reduces air velocity and changes the air direction, causing larger particles to fall out of the airstream and into the filter’s drop-out chamber. With fewer particles reaching the filter media, the filter life is significantly extended, improving capture performance and ensuring longer-lasting filtration.

Advanced carbon filter (ACF) technology
