Thanks to the QUICK EXIT door, it will be very simple to extract an urgent reel even during the loading and unloading phase of the warehouse. The operator can temporarily interrupt the loading / unloading operation in progress, ask the system to provide priority with the component that is urgently needed, and extract it from the quick exit.
Ultraflex series stores components without the need for vacuum bags, because it is able to regulate and monitor humidity and maintain a constant internal environment below 5% relative humidity.
Thanks to a range of dehumidification options (dehumidifiers or FRUs, Fast Recovery Units) Ultraflex series is able to reduce humidity in a very short time even in conditions of high external humidity.
The ISM software is equipped with a control module that guarantees the monitoring of the “Floor Life” of each component: the expiry date and time are calculated and tracked with absolute precision. The system prevents the use of components whose period of exposure to humidity exceeding 5% has expired. Expired components can thus be quickly removed from stock.
The system is able to collect images and data in real time thanks to the high precision cameras and software options that store and manage all the information collected.
It is possible to generate reports in real time that allow you to trace reels, labels, components and a lot of information related to the acceptance, logistics or production processes.
The software is available with a full range of quick traceability consultations: serial number, code, date, location, product, supplier, deadlines and MSD status …
All images and data are saved in the database and it will be possible to consult or share them easily at any time.
Ultraflex series is finished with antistatic paint. The housings are ESD certified and ensure that sensitive electronic components remain safe and are not damaged by electrostatic discharge.
