The GSR1200 is a standalone router machine specially designed to route (depanelize) large panels with PCB size of 350mm x 350mm into individual units. It is capable of speeds of up to 100mm/s and positioning speeds of 1000mm/s. It has two worktables that allows continuous routing with no stoppages during panel loading and unloading. The superior servo axis system provides high acceleration/deceleration, reducing cycle time (increase in production output) and at the same time maintaining high accuracy cutting.

Using a high-resolution CCD camera, and GSR user-friendly Windows-based software allows the user to program the routing paths in minutes. There are also no limitations in the number of programs stored. GSR1200 uses high-quality components and a welded steel structure to ensure rigidity and high performance. All the axes and linear guides used are protected from dust and dirt to increase lifespan and performance.
