Trident Pallet

With the Pallet Cleaning Optimisation Package, Trident is capable of securing and cleaning multiple pallets or fixtures. Extra-tall adjustable tines are welded to a stainless steel removable pallet rack capable of securing and cleaning multiple pallets at one time.  Trident provides fully automatic wash, rinse, cleanliness verification, and dry functions at the push of a single button. Equipped with an asymmetrical fan-jet spray system, Trident’s twin stainless steel counter rotating spray bars feature twenty stainless steel fan-jet nozzles project precision-diffused wash solution and rinse water onto a shadow-mitigating oscillating pallet rack. This spray system was implemented to deliver controlled fluid energy capable of removing baked-on fluxes common in pallet cleaning applications.

Of course, even with the Pallet Optimisation Package, Trident retains its ability to clean post-reflow circuit assemblies.
