The Mascot Kitting Systems feature Robotas’ Material Manager software which aids the preparation of material and component kits, informing operators on material qualities required and tray locations.
Robotas’ Benchtop Mascot Kitting System also includes a motorised Carousel with 5x ESD safe ten bin trays (therefore 50 component storage bins) to prepare and store components. The kitting system is also supplied with 10x additional ten bin carousel trays and 10x tray lids which allows material kits to be prepared off the production line, improving efficiency. 2 locking tray carry handles are also provided to easily store and transport the kitted carousel trays.
