VERIFY is a new addition to the Mascot family of products. The combination of it’s camera, lighting and software technology provides the ability to verify in real time the presence and polarity of components during assembly and prior to soldering. Verify can be fitted to all of Robotas’ Mascot Systems to provide real time verification with no faults forward.

Features
The Mascot Verify Module features an integrated 20 megapixel camera to take image templates and uses Robotas’ Mascot Verify Programme to compare in real time correct or incorrect component placement to verify component presence, absence, and polarity. The Verify system also automatically detects fiducials, making board positioning quick and accurate.
VERIFY also features overhead industrial polarised lighting, clearly illuminating the workspace and aiding the picking and placement of smaller and more tricky components.
The Verify Module is supplied with lighting metalwork, a gantry and mounting posts, making it retrofittable to any existing Mascot system and also available as part of a complete Mascot THT system.
