Business Administration
What skills will I learn?
• Carrying out administrative work, answering the main telephone line, sorting mail, ordering stationery and other tasks when required.
• Answer door to visitors, greet appropriately and ensure they are looked after whilst on site.
• Ensuring mileage is submitted weekly and services are carried out as and when required on all company vehicles.
• Assist with all facilities sub-contractors required for building works, servicing and necessary repairs.
• Checking all Purchase Ledger invoices are signed off or matched to goods receipt and/or Purchase Order then input into SAP system.
• Collating and checking employee / sub-contractor expenses and credit card expenditure.
What skills will I learn?
• You will undertake a Business and Administration Modern Apprenticeship. On completion of your Modern Apprenticeship, you will gain an SVQ at SCQF Level 5.
• A range of soft skills such as communication, problem-solving and working with a team.
What qualifications or qualities are required?
• We are looking for a minimum of National 5s, including Maths and English. * A Business Management or IT subject would also be desirable.
• The candidate should be enthusiastic, eager to learn and hardworking.
• Experience in an office environment is beneficial but not essential.
